Supplier participation
Quote a requirement that was written down properly.
Suppliers lose engineering hours to enquiries with no power figure, no duration, no site and no decision date. Briefs prepared here arrive structured, with the owner's unknowns declared as unknowns instead of disguised as requirements.
What you receive
The same document every other supplier receives.
01
A structured requirement
02
A declared unknowns list
03
A blank comparison table
Terms of participation
Deliberately plain.
We do
- Pass on the owner's requirement exactly as the owner stated it.
- Give every invited supplier the same brief and the same deadline.
- Return your written response to the owner unaltered.
- Tell the owner plainly where a response left a field blank.
We do not
- Publish, estimate or infer your prices, specifications or performance.
- Rank, score, certify or endorse any supplier.
- Charge listing fees, lead fees or commission on your sale.
- Grant or accept exclusivity in any territory or technology.
- Present grant, tariff, payback, IRR or bankability figures on your behalf.
Response expectations
What a complete response looks like.
Attribute every figure
Each number is stated by your organisation, on your letterhead or in your email, with the assumptions that produced it.
Separate scope from price
List what is included and what is excluded before the total, so the owner is not comparing a turnkey figure against equipment-only.
State the sizing logic
Show the nameplate and usable energy you propose and the efficiency, depth-of-discharge and degradation assumptions behind them.
Declare conditions
If your price depends on a utility outcome, a site survey, a currency date or a commodity index, say so in the response.
Answer or decline
Leaving a field blank is acceptable and visible. Filling it with an untraceable estimate is not.
